For law firms

Your firm's work,
running on one console.

One website for the whole firm. Universal tools for every matter, and each practice group's own systems underneath. Every run comes back as a draft, to the same reviewer it goes to today.

How it works

One run, start to finish.

Pick a system, choose the client, direct the run, review the draft, keep the record.

1 · Pick a system

Open your practice group. Every system is one job the group already does by hand.

Real estate comes first: index creation and review, signature packets, compiling execution sets, binder assembly. Attorney-led drafting and review sit in their own lane on the same screen.

2 · Choose the client

Every run is tailored to the client before it starts.

Each client has a profile: their fonts, their index format, their naming, their binder tabs. It is built once from the firm's own precedent deals with that client, approved by a person, and reused on every run after. No profile yet? The console builds one first.

3 · Direct the run

Pick the deal, tick the documents, write the brief in your own words.

Nothing runs until you launch it. The run sees only the documents you selected. The goal for a run is about ten minutes.

4 · It runs. You review.

Runs show their progress in the rail. Finished drafts wait for a person.

When a run finishes, the draft is routed to the reviewer who handles that work today. Every flag is a yes-or-no for that person, and a suggested time entry is attached. Many runs go at once.

5 · Every run leaves a record

Who asked, who supervises, the brief verbatim, every step, the result.

Each run is attributable and reconstructable from brief to draft. The record is what a supervising attorney signs off against, and what the firm audits later.

One interface

Built to get more out of what the firm already uses.

Everything connects: to the console, and through it, to each other.

Principles

Six things that don't change.

Written down so a firm can hold the console to them.

Nothing skips the people who sign off.

A run ends where the work ends today: with the associate, paralegal, or partner who already reviews it. The console adds no approver and removes none.

Everything comes back as a draft.

The console does not file, send, or sign. It returns a draft and a short list of flags. Each flag is a yes-or-no for the reviewer, and the answers stay with the run.

Tailored to the client.

Each system runs on that client's own profile: their formats, naming, and precedents. Built once from prior deals, approved by a person, reused on every run after.

Confidential by design.

Runs stay inside the firm's own confidentiality obligations. Documents are handled under zero-retention terms: nothing is kept by the vendor, nothing trains a model. The firm's vendor review has the final word.

The target is ten minutes, not a day.

The target: work that takes a person a full day comes back as a draft in about ten minutes, with many runs going at once. Every run records its actual time, so the number is measured, not promised.

One system for the whole firm.

A website the firm shares, not software on anyone's desktop. One place to open, the same tools for everyone, and each practice group's own systems added underneath.

Request a demo

See it run on your own kind of deal.

A demo is a walk through the console on a fictional matter, then a conversation about which of your firm's workflows would go first.

No mailing list. One reply, by email.

Got it. Thank you.
